I’ve had a great few weeks getting into the Christmas mood with lots of our lovely new Autumn Winter goodies! I’ve held two stamp-a-stacks in the past week, which is amazing fun but requires a lot of designing and prepping. This is always a good thing for me, as a stamp-a-stack makes me create things! So I’m going to show you three Stampin’ Up! Christmas cards I designed and then I’ll show you the rest on the next blog post (I know what a tease! If you can’t wait watch my Instagram feed and Facebook page as they’ll appear there first!)
3 Stampin’ Up! Christmas Cards to Inspire You
#1 – Stockings Thinlits & Snowflakes
So this is my first design using the Christmas Stockings Thinlits and the snowflake from the Tin of Tags stamp set (you NEED this stamp set! Honestly you’ll thank me! Have a look at it here).
I kept the wintery feel with Basic Grey card and stamping with Whisper White Craft ink (awesome stuff!) A little bit of Glimmer paper and some holly to finish. The holly dies are in the Stocking Thinlits set too or you can buy the Holly Punch if you don’t have a Big Shot (recipe is at the bottom of the page).
#2 – CASEd card
My second card was a CASEd (Copy and Share Everything) card from Pinterest (of course!) that was made using non-SU products, and I thought ours were nicer! Here is mine and you can see the original here…
#3 – Simple Star
Lastly I had a go at a simple Star card inspired by our lovely new Stitched with Cheer kit. I thought it was a clean and simple, quick and easy card with the WOW factor. The recipe is below if you’d like to make your own…. Cherry Cobbler is my absolute favourite Christmas colour!
Customer Appreciation Day
Last but not least, here is my invitation design for my Customer Appreciation day. Each year I treat my regular and loyal customers with a day of treats and crafting. This year’s event is coming up in a week or so. If you are a loyal regular customer but don’t live nearby, fear not! I will be posting my Gratitude boxes out to you shortly afterwards.
I was inspired by some packaging on Pinterest and thought the Here’s to Cheers stamp set would make a wonderful tag for the front. The leaf and berries was made using our May Flowers framelits which are not even Christmas themed! Woohoo who knew those little framelits would go even further for you!
I hope you like my recent designs and have gotten yourself a copy of our lovely new catalogue? If not please send me an email and I’ll post you a copy for free. I hope you have a wonderful few months of crafting, spending time with friends and family and doing something for yourself that brings joy to others.
Love my job as a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator and so thankful that I get to share it with you. I’ll be back with more news soon…
