Hello and welcome back to Pretty Creative!
This week marked a milestone on my Facebook Stampin’ Up! page as we reached 1000 likes! This is astonishing and exciting and humbling all at the same time and I wanted to find a way of saying thank you and also inviting you in to other Pretty Creative places like Instagram and YouTube.
Many of you will know that I’ve taken some photography courses (Makelight by Emily Quinton) to try and improve my flat lay photography and I have also ventured into YouTube videos in the past year. I try to share different things in both places and as part of my Facebook milestone giveaway, I’m going to also reward people for joining me on other social media too!
So here’s the giveaway! I will send 10 lucky winners a kit of their choice from the up and coming new Stampin’ Up catalogue. The gift will include the coordinating stamp set, one ink pad and one glue. You will get an entry into the draw for each and all of the following:
- Commenting on this post (one entry).
- Commenting on my original Facebook post with the photo above and using the hashtag #prettycreativegiveaway (three entries).
- Following me on Instagram and commenting on an Instagram photo and using the hashtag #prettycreativegiveaway somewhere in the comment (three entries).
- Following me on YouTube and commenting on a video using the word ‘giveaway‘ (three entries).
- Share my blog/Instagram/YouTube page with your friends using the hashtag #prettycreativegiveaway somewhere in the comment (five entries).
The competition will end on May 30th and I will announce the winners on June 1st.
I wanted to share some other lovely news. As a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator I get to share something I love with people at parties and classes (and eat cake!) but I also have the opportunity to have people join me as demonstrators themselves and help coach them in their hobby or business, spend time with them at Stampin’ Up! events and meet up regularly. This past weekend I organised a crafting retreat just for them! I set my team some challenges during Sale a Bration and everyone who got it was invited to join me at a day’s crafting retreat where they were fed chocolate and hopefully spoiled a little! Some of them are further away and couldn’t make it so theirs are in the post on their way to them! Here’s some sneak peeks of the day:
I’ve also been blessed by them in return, as their love of Stampin’ Up!, along with my loyal customers and friends has earned me the Stampin’ Up! trip to the Mediterranean! I am so thankful for the people that Stampin’ Up! has brought into my life, and continues to do so, through local parties, Facebook, comments on my YouTube videos or at the NEC show in Birmingham. You have become part of my life and I’m grateful for you! So thank you for your support, enthusiasm, tips, tricks, inspiration, questions, laughs and encouragement! The trip is the icing on an already amazing cake 🙂
My husband and I are taking our four boys and my mum and dad are coming along too! Here are our travel documents, tags and name badges…
And the wallet folded up…
I’ve had trouble with my wifi signal this past two weeks but it’s a little stronger again so I have gotten my latest YouTube video uploaded at last! Here is a video of everything we got at the April 2016 On Stage event for demonstrators:
One last exciting thing for today is pre-order! As I may have mentioned (!) the new catalogue launches on June 1st and demonstrators are allowed to pre-order early (and we get a discount!) Today was the pre-order day and there is so manylovely new things to choose from! If you think you’d like to join Stampin Up! you can choose pre-order products as part of your kit! Have a look at my Join Me page for more info, or just email me your questions to email@example.com I had a lot when I started (most people do), so please feel free to ask.
Being a demo means you can buy your favourite things at a discount, and if you’d like you can order for others. There are no obligations or commitments to host, demo, do classes, parties, videos or anything. We all start off the same; with a fantastic pile of products of our choice for less than they cost. What you decide to do with yours it is up to you!
Don’t forget the retired items are still available while stocks last, you can see them here. And May’s host code for ordering online is below. If you use it you get TWO gifts from me in the post!
Thanks for stopping by, don’t forget to enter the competition for a kit bundle of your choice for FREE!
